Villa El Dorado is an imposing detached villa in private grounds accessed through electric gates. The 1,000 metre level grounds are spacious, flood lit and planted with native shrubs and fruit trees, including a 1,000 year old Olive tree and surrounded by pine trees at the back. Most of your days will be spent enjoying the big, deep, heated Swimming Pool which is perfectly located to get all day sun. The villa has four large bedrooms all with a full range of handcrafted fitted wooden wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms are en suite. The master bedroom has a 6' bed with memory foam mattress and the en suite has a double shower, bidet, handbasin in vanity unit and WC. The downstairs double with en suite has a memory foam mattress, shower, bidet, vanity unit and WC plus a private access to the pool. The other double and the twin room have memory foam mattress's and share the large family bathroom with twin basins in vanity unit, shower, bath with shower wand, bidet and WC. There are two fully equipped kitchens. Both with dishwashers, icemakers, fridge freezers, and a full set of crockery and cutlery. There is a sauna and a gym with running machine. The sitting room is tastefully, comfortably furnished with a large Soni Bravia flat screen TV, DVD system with cinema sound, i pod docking station and radio. Double doors lead from the sitting room onto the front terrace which has a hardwood table and eight comfortable chairs where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun and you can see the sea in the distance.

| Villa El Dorado is located in a very quiet location but is only a few minutes in the car from the three main areas of Javea. The Arenal Beach, has a large sandy beach with a pedestrian walk way with a choice of shops, cafes and restaurants. In the Summer during the evenings there are artisan's stalls selling locally made handicrafts and handmade jewellery. The Old Town of Javea has lots of narrow cobbled streets and is very Spanish with enough local shops and restaurants to please everyone. The Port is a thriving fishing port and this can be seen working if you get up early enough! There is also a long pebbled beach which is much quieter than the sandy beach . There are also shops, restaurants, banks etc in the port area. |

Additional Information about rental rates.
- *For Autumn and Winter lets between 29th October and 30th March 2012 pool heating is charged at £150 perweek.
- A security deposit of £200 is required when paying the final balance. This is fully refundable assuming there are no damages to the property.
- Changeover day is normally Saturday during peak times. Please ask if you would like another changeover day and we will accomodate this if possible.
- If you would like 10 or 12 days we will try and accommodate this starting or finishing on a Saturday during peak times. To work out the price divide the weekly cost by 7 then times by the number of nights required.
