Payment - A depostit of 25% of rental fee is payable if booking is made more than 8 weeks before commencement of rental. The balance to be paid 1 month before commencement of rental. If payment of the balance is not received the client will be construed as cancelling the contract. For bookings made less than 3 weeks before the commencement of the rental no cheques can be accepted.

Cancellations Any cancellation made by the client, for whatever reason, shall be in writing. On receipt of cancellation notice we will seek to re-let the property for the whole period of booking. If we succeed in re-letting the property for the whole period we will refund all monies paid less an admin charge of £20.00 per booking. If we only succeed in re-letting the property for part of the period booked we will refund an amount equal to the money paid less (1) the rental for the period which is not re-let and (2) an admin charge of £20.00. If we are unable to re-let the property at all then no refund of any monies will be given.

Arrival Rentals commence, unless otherwise arranged, at 4pm on the day of arrival and terminate at 10 am on the day of departure.

Animals No animals allowed.

Smoking For the comfort of our future guests please would guests not smoke in the cottage. There are two patio area's outside.

Bedding All bedding and towels included.

Care of Property Clients must take all reasonable and proper care of furniture, fittings and effects and leave the property in the same state of repair and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as in the beginning. Breakages and Damage The guest is legally bound to reimburse Turpins Lodge for replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs on demand.

Children Guests must accept responsibility for the safety of their children. Suitable for children over 4 years (or babies not walking)

Complaints Should there be cause for complaint please notify us promptly - if serious in writing.

Right of Entry We reserve right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for purposes of inspection or to carry out necessary repairs or maintenance.

Use of Property The number of persons occupying the cottage must not exceed the maximum number stipulated. To be used for personal and domestic purposes only.

Parking is available for two cars.
